No Green Thumb

I don’t have a green thumb but sometimes I try to tend my garden by planting something may it be flowering plants or shrubs and bushes. I would be ecstatic if one would survive out of the ten I have planted. That rarely happens, though. Most of the time, I see them all wilted and lifeless. Looking at them would make my heart ache with disappointment and frustration.

Although, I don’t have the talent in me with regards to planting, I still admire the beauty plants and flowers could bring to one’s home and garden. Even a simple window box filled with colored flowers could make a dull house come to life. Window plant boxes can bring color, character and appeal to one’s own home. Exactly what my home needs right now as my garden looks so lifeless with lesser plants and more weeds. My house also looks dull and uninviting.

I want my garden to be something like this.

 I want my garden to be landscaped. I want it to have lots of shrubs and flowering plants. I want it to have a somewhat flowing pond nearby. I want it to have a gardener to take care of it. I want my windows to have  window flower boxes overflowing with brightly colored flowers. I want this and I want that; wants that I think I could never have unless I have the talent or the finances.
